Urban Motion – Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling your child with Urban Motion. By participating in our classes, camps, events, after-school programs, or workshops, you agree to the following:
1. Child's Safety and Well-being
a. Parents/guardians must inform Urban Motion of any medical, behavioral, or emotional conditions that could impact participation.
b. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure their child is physically and emotionally fit to take part.
c. While injuries are rare, they may occur. By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for your child’s participation and waive liability, except in cases of gross negligence by Urban Motion.
d. In emergencies, you authorize Urban Motion staff to administer basic first aid and seek medical assistance if necessary.
2. Class Conduct
a. All participants must treat staff, coaches, and fellow students with kindness and respect.
b. Bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the session or program.
3. Photography and Media
a. By enrolling, you grant permission for Urban Motion to capture and use images or video of your child for promotional or educational purposes—unless declined in writing during registration.
b. These may be used on websites, social media, printed material, or other platforms.
4. Payment Policy
a. Weekly Classes:
– All Urban Motion weekly classes are paid via monthly subscription.
– Subscriptions automatically renew each month and can be paused or cancelled anytime.
– Classes are not charged during summer holidays when sessions are paused.
– We do not accept pay-as-you-go for weekly classes.
b. Camps, Afterschools, & Events:
– Full payment is required upon booking to secure a place.
– Spaces are limited and are not held without payment.
5. Missed Classes & Absences
a. Missed classes are non-refundable unless due to long-term illness or injury.
b. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if your child cannot attend.
6. Program Changes & Cancellations
a. Urban Motion may adjust schedules, venues, coaches, or session content where necessary.
b. If a session is cancelled by Urban Motion, a credit or alternative will be offered.
7. Marketing & Communication
a. By enrolling, you agree to receive updates, offers, and important info via email or text.
b. You may opt out anytime using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
c. We respect your privacy and are happy to answer any questions about how your data is used.
8. Termination & Withdrawal
a. Urban Motion reserves the right to remove any student due to breaches of conduct or non-payment.
b. To cancel your subscription, please do so by contacting us.
c. If withdrawing from a program or class, we ask for at least 14 days’ notice.
9. Health & Safety
a. All students must follow safety guidelines in place at venues and set by staff.
b. Children who are unwell must remain at home. Please inform us if your child is sick and cannot attend.
10. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling your child in any Urban Motion service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
